An elegantly decorated and furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home, more than just a vacation home. The house will comfortably accommodate 10 people. Sleeping in 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed, 4 single beds and a queen sized sofa bed. Also available on request is a further single roll away bed and a cot.

Our elegant home is located off Highway 27 North 2.5 miles north of Highway 192 West. Orange Tree is a development of executive homes set close to orange groves in a delightful, friendly neighbourhood with wide pavements, street lights and many amenities. Walt Disney World Resort is only 9 miles away and you can watch the Disney firework displays from our front door. Our house is conveniently situated approximately 15 minutes from Disney and the wonderful gulf coast and Atlantic beaches are approximately an hour’s drive away. A children’s play area, tennis and basketball courts and a football pitch are all within a couple of minute’s walk of home. The area is renowned for it’s abundance of first class golf courses. Two are within 5 minutes drive, many others just a short drive away. Supermarkets and a large selection of shops are just moments away, the closest only 2 minutes drive.
The house has a 15’ x 30’ swimming pool and spa surrounded by a large sun deck with covered area . During the winter months the pool can be heated for you (at a small extra charge). There are comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable Large fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fully equipped utility. We also have fully equipped games room.
These rates include all taxes and utilities as well as unlimited local telephone calls. The cost of heating the spa is included in the price, but if pool heat is required we can provide this for an additional cost.
A deposit of $180 per week will secure booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before departure and at this time we will ask for a security deposit against damage of £200 in the form of a cheque.
