There is the most beautiful beach within 5 minutes with many activities. i.e. Jet skiing, Scubber diving and a whole lot more. There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes of the villa. There is also a supermarket, bar and restaurant within 5 minutes of the villa. There is Dunn’s river falls near by and a lot more, there is a lot of nightlife in Ohio Rios which is less than 10 minutes by mini cab or hired car.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
The Rates for this studio is £350 per week and is £400 for the month of December.
We require a £100 deposit to secure the dates for the studio per week and we request full payment 8 weeks before the arrivel date. If there is a cancellation after the full amount has been paid then 4 weeks before arrivel date 50% of the full amount refunded and 2 weeks or less before arrivel date, no refund
