C305 is a wonderful, luxurious yet homey place that offers everything needed for that perfect vacation. The downstairs bedroom has a newly purchased queen and twin size bed. The nautical theme is delightful. There is a full bathroom downstairs and a queen size sofa bed. Stone countertops and the ocean decor makes for delicious ocean living. The upstairs loft is a pleasure to see. It is decorated in soft pastel sea shades with white carolina furniture. There is a Cal King size bed in this room and a full bathroom. Both room have luxurious linens bed covers. There are two balconies that provide shade and chairs and tables to sit or lounge in to enjoy the sights. C305 is located in a resort-like complex with plush landscaping, two pools and jacuzzis. There is a rec room to play pool, exercise or just hang out. Ping-pong, golf putting and feeding the koi fish is also available. C305 provides amenities from sand toys and ping pong paddles to blenders and and a coffee grinder. The owner boast that the wardrobe mirror downstairs makes you look pounds lighter. The property manager, Brenda (760) 214 7838, is conscientous, available daily and very helpful with any needs you may have.
