If you are coming to the beach to enjoy the waves, then John & JoAnn’s Beach Retreat is for you. Watch and listen to the waves breaking on the wide sandy beaches from inside every room. Indulge in Mesmerizing Views, Location, and Comfort all at a price that is at or below most one bedroom condos at NCV with lesser views and location.
We chose our condo for its Views and Location. The views are so good that they are unbelievable until you see them. You can watch and listen to the waves break on the wide sandy beach looking southwest all of the way up to the pier and for miles beyond.
We have since updated the condo's comfort to match its views and location. We installed premium California King bed, new carpeting, new easy chair, new stove/range/microwave, blinds, and screens. After an extensive search, we reupholstered our sofa in a nautical theme, as we couldn’t find a new one as comfortable.
Fall asleep every night and wake up every morning watching & listening to the waves.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Oceanside has one of the best beaches in Southern California for Swimming, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Body Surfing, and or Tanning. Surfers travel from south of San Diego to much farther north to enjoy the waves in Oceanside.
Our Condo in Oceanside is a perfect place to stay for your Beach Vacation. Not only do you have Mesmerizing unmatched views, location and price in one a one bedroom condo at NCV which has almost all of the amenities of a full service resort (see below), but is located within easy driving distance of both San Diego (30 minutes)and Anaheim (45 to 60 minutes).
San Diego Attractions include the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, San Diego Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Casinos, San Diego Chargers and Padres.
Anaheim has not only Disneyland, Disney Adventure, and Downtown Disney, but also has Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Los Angeles Angels, and Anaheim Ducks.
Lego Land is less than 10 minutes away, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park is about 20 minutes north.
