Lego Land in in Next Door Carlsbad.
San Diego Wild Animal Park is a short commute away also.
Anaheim has not only Disneyland, Disney Adventure, and Downtown Disney, but also has Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Los Angeles Angels, and Anaheim Ducks.
Lego Land is less than 10 minutes away, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park is about 20 minutes north.
