This is our 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house that is located only 60 feet off of the ocean with views from all bedrooms and great view from the deck. The deck is furnished with bar top table and chairs for easy view of the ocean, BBQ grill and picnic table to enjoy. This is a two story beach house built on stilts with parking under the house and an outside shower for easy clean up after being on the beach all day! The first floor of the house offers the fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, full size washer/dryer. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The second floor offers two huge bedrooms and a full size bathroom. We supply several rollaway beds on the second floor due to the size of the bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms have a king size bed and a queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer nice sitting area.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
All of our beach houses are located the family oriented gated beach community of Ocean Lakes. Our wonderful community offers endless activities for all ages. The indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools, Splash Zone, miniature golf, great skate park for the skateboarders (helmets must be worn!), free standing inflatable waterslide, 8 fresh water lakes (fishing allowed with no permit), Nature Center, Observatory Deck, arcade, recreational building (discounted tickets for events all over the Grand Strand), and just Good Family Fun.
We have over 1,500 restaurants on the Grand Strand, many of the best restaraunts in the area are located just 6 miles south of this house. The new Hard Rock Theme Park has opened that will ensure plenty of fun for all. The abundance of restaurants, theme parks, water parks, live entertainment, shopping, golf, state parks will leave your vacation packed with fun. Or - just lay on the beach and veg. We offer over 30 miles of beaches.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If cancellation is made 45 days prior to arrival date, full refund minus administration fee. We advise our guests to purchase travelers insurance if there is any doubt of capability of fullfilling their reservation

We require a $200 refundable security deposit on the house. We refund this security deposit as long as the house is left in the same condition. We refund the security deposit one week from departure
