This bright and cheerfully decorated 2-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable. It has a fully equipped kitchen, telephone, and 4 TV's with a DVD player . It also features an enclosed outside shower, two large decks, tile/carpet flooring, high ceilings with crown molding, professionally decorated, and 4-5 car parking underneath the house. The bedrooms are as follows:
1. Bedroom 1--King bed. This bedroom is downstairs.
2. Bedroom 2--Queen bed with private access to upstairs deck.
3. Bedroom 3--Double bed and Twin bed with private access to deck.
4. Bedroom 4--Two double beds
5. Bedroom 5--Two sets of bunk beds
We also have a 4 BR 3.5 BA house across the street from this one so if you have a large group and need two houses these are a stone's throw apart.
Located in a privately owned community, the house is only a 60 second walk to the beach where lifeguards are available for safety and to rent chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are conveniently located on the south end of Myrtle Beach, just a 10 minute drive to the heart of Myrtle Beach. Attractions such as the Carolina Opry, Ripley's Aquarium, Broadway at the Beach, many golf courses, and Factory Outlet Stores are a mere 10 minute drive away. We are also close to some of the finest seafood restaurants on the coast.
With the community's 24-hour security, you can feel comfortable letting the children go. Right on site we have miniature golf, indoor/outdoor pools, 2 oceanfront playgrounds, bocce ball, basketball/volleyball courts, horse shoe pits, 3 lakes for fishing, arcade, snack areas, ping pong recreation area, Nature Center, church services, and more. There are organized activities for all ages set up for different days of the week.

Cancellation Policy--Full refund if we are able to rent the week for the regular rate. You will lose your deposit if we have to discount the week in order to rent it.

Deposits:
$800 deposit to hold your week with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If balance is less than $1500 then a 50% deposit is required.
