The interior of the hom,e is non-smoking but the porch and decks are available. The furniture centered on "Mission Style" which affords a relaxed unstressed ambiance. The location is just minutes from downtown San Diego and the international airport.Golf, fishing, sailing, and sightseeing abound just minutes from the front door.

Seaworld is 10 minutes away by car, 20 minutes by bicycle. World renown Mission Bay and Mission Beach are also within the 10 and 20 minute rule. The San Diego "Embarcadero", where the "Star of India" and the U.S.S. Midway are moored is also within the 10 and 20 rule. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park which is home of The Aerospace Museum, the Olde Globe Theater and home to numerous other noted landmarks and attractions is within the 15 and 30 minute rule. Of course we the seasonal spice of "Padres" professional baseball at Petco Park downtown and the San Diego Chargers footbal team that plays just 15 minutes away by highway or 30 minutes by train. A trip to the world famous seaside community of "La Jolla" will only cost you a half a gallon of gas and 20 minutes to get there by car or an hour by bike . However you may end up spending lots of time and money in this lavish upscale seaside town. Finally, on foot you can explore the Sunset Cliffs, Downtown Ocean Beach. Best place I know.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Weekly rates of $1500 per week plus t.o.t tax. Sorry we do not offer "low season" rates. The cleaning/damage deposit is $500.00. Both the rent and deposit can be paid by credit card. We maintain a 90 day cancellation policy. Actual dates of stay can be individually tailored and occassionally stays of less than a week are accepted.
