It is between the beach and the Nosara Yoga Institute, a 7 or 8 minute walk either way. It is furnished with elegant Balinese furniture, teak poolside lounges, and artistic landscaping with a gardener to clean the pool daily and maid service included. Two master suites and the middle bedroom all open to the pool, which has Jacuzzi jets and platforms for sitting. Twin beds in two bedrooms can form a king bed. Broadband wireless internet is included along with a laptop size safe and full house alarm system. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a cooking island, full-size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, oven & stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker. TV & DVD player.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our house in Nosara is on Playa Guiones, a pristine surfing beach with consistent beach breaks. The beach and surrounding area has been protected from over development and monkeys and wildlife are abundant. The Nosara Yoga Institute brings in a yoga vibe with public classes, and the Ostional Reserve nearby is a nesting beach for Olive Ridley turtles. Horseback riding, zip lines, fishing from the neighboring Playa Garza are popular activities. Many great restaurants, with low key nightlife, no public music after 10 pm.
Just over 2 hours drive from Liberia International Airport (LIR) or fly from San Jose on Sansa or Nature Air. Car rentals are available locally.

The kitchen is fully equipped, wireless high speed internet, a laptop size safe, full security system with alarm and motion detectors. Howler monkeys cruise through property. A two bedroom home is available next door from owner, who lives in a third house. Gardeners clean the pool daily and a maid cleans twice a week or more.
