We have four separate condos - all on the 9th Fairway of the Lakes Golf Course at Blacklake Golf Resort. All have patios looking across three fairways. Tables and
chairs and Weber barbeques are provided. Just steps away from the central clubhouse, it is so convenient to walk up and get your cart each morning. We will
help you with tee times and provide you with discounted rates. Avila Beach Golf Resort is our sister course, 20 miles away. We also have Cypress Ridge (5 miles)
and Monarch Ridge (1 mile) conveniently close by, along with discounted rates.
The condos are fully equipped, have cable, washer/dryer, and two have highspeed
internet access.
The one story condo is perfect for a couple, and is available for $450 for 3 nights.
The two story condos are nice for two couples, and will sleep up to 3 couples.
Four men often rent these condos for their golf holiday. Prices on the larger ones
depend on the number of nights and number of people.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. Close to both airports. Beach,
wine country, good eating. Hearst Castle is about 50 miles to the North.
Santa Barbara is 90 miles to the South.

Amenities
21 day tee time privilege. 27 holes of golf onsite. Three other golf courses within reach. Private Swimming pool and hot tub.
These units are available for monthly stays from $2200 to $2500 per month for
one couple, plus adders for guests or more people.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
We have a 3 night minimum on Holiday weekends. Two nights are available, ask.
Rates are based on number of nights and number of people staying in unit. They
range from $150 per night to $300 per night.

Deposits:
We don't use credit cards, so checks must be mailed in advance. Deposits are
usually one night's lodging for short stays.
