Located across from the Newport Performing Arts Center and one block from the Don Davis Veterans' Memorial Park, which has fast become the most comfortable beach entrance in the Nye Beach area, Fairhaven is centrally located so that visitors can park their car in the provided garage and walk to the beach or enjoy the many quality restaurants that have sprung up in this unique community.
