Our home, built in 2000, is 1600 sq.ft. and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, indoor utility room, and stunning views of Lake Dunlap (Guadalupe River). This redwood home sits directly on the lake and offers recreational fishing and swimming. You can also bring your own boat or jet skis! The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed; and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a double futon. The living room has another double futon. We also have a Cabin located next door for additional sleeping space.
Our home is located on an acre lot with a covered cabana for barbeques and relaxing. Two docks are located at the waters edge for fishing and swimming. There is plenty of space for a game of volleyball or horseshoes. A firepit is available for campfires!

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Lodge on the Lake is located minutes from historic, downtown New Braunfels, Texas, Gruene, Texas, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. New Braunfels offers wonderful restaurants and shopping. Our historic, German heritage is evident as you explore our museums and downtown. Other local attractions are the Comal River, the Guadalupe River, Natural Bridge Caverns, the Sophienberg Museum, and Landa Park.
New Braunfels is only 30 minutes from San Antonio, and 45 minutes from Austin. Outlet malls are only 15 minutes away in San Marcos.

Summer rates: (May - August): $365/nt, plus 6% tax and $50 cleaning fee.

The above rates are good for up to 10 people. Additional people are an extra $10/person/night.

A deposit equal to one nights rental shall be required at the time a reservation is booked. The remaining balance will be due prior to arrival.
