Most of our cottages have an upstairs loft in addition to the downstairs bedroom. The loft contains two double mattresses, allowing 4 people to sleep there, however, the ceiling in the loft area is very low and is usually occupied by children. These cottages have a kitchen, outside barbeque grill and kitchen utensils and are located in a pouplar RV Resort with many amenities....2 indoor heated swimming pools AND hot tubs, 3 laundry facilities, pool table,free computer to use, ping pong table, fitness room, craft room, 2 rec. halls, shuffleboard.

We are close to Schlitterbahn Water Park, historic Gruene, TX, several lakes and rivers. San Antonio is only about 20 minutes to the south. San Marcos Outlett Malls are located about 20 minutes to the north. Austin, the state capitol, is about 45 minutes to the north.
