Our custom post and beam home on 3 acres is very private and surrounded by thousands of acres of National Forest. There's great hiking, mountain biking, fishing just outside the door. We have incredible views from all the many windows. It's fully equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay. There's 900 sqft. of deck so you can spend much of your time outside in or out of the hot tub. There's an oversized 2 car/truck garage with plenty of room for storage. We built the house in 2001 and lived there for 5 years so it can now be your home away from home while visiting the incredible rocky mountains. There's also free skiing for 6 at nearby Eldora Ski Resort, a $354 per day value. Our home is very clean and comfortable making your stay a pleasant one. Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our home is 10 minutes to the great little town of Nederland. 15 minutes to the casino's of Blawkhawk and Central City. 30 minutes to Boulder and 1 hour to Denver. Eldora Ski Resort is 10 minutes with great boarding, skiing, downhill and cross-country, sledding as well as summer hiking (dozens of trailheads within minutes) motor cross and ATV trails, rafting, fishing and kayaking too. It's about 45-60 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the best Parks in America.

Amenities
Our home fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Linens, towels, dishes, etc. Plus the outdoor hot tub, hand carved totem pole, huge deck for viewing the huge views. There's 6 ski passes for unlimited free skiing/boarding at Eldora. For staying at home there's cable TV and DVD.
