Unit is only 2 year old and comes fully furnished. Phone call's nationwide and wireless website furnished. This is a NO SMOKING unit. If evidence of smoking in unit, damage deposit will NOT be returned. We are a pet friendly unit with a maximum of 2 small dogs. No cats please. There is a pet fee of $50.00.

For your enjoyment, a trip to the Navel Museam at Pensacola Naval Base and the US Air Force Armament at Eglin AFB are a must see. If you want to spend a day at the casino's, then there are tour buss's to take you to Biloxi, MS. For your walking, jogging or bicycle riding there is a three mile paved pathway for your enjoyment.
We offer a outdoor shower with hot and cold water upon your return from the beach.The unit is furnished with all paper products, dish washing detergent and washing machine detergent. We alo provide you with your first cup of coffee. Free nationwide phone calls and wireless internet.
Rental can be reserved for a minimum of 3 days. Cancellation can be made 30 days prior to arrival with full refund.
Deposit of $250.00 will reserve unit. Full payment, cleaning fee and damage deposit due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
