Wonderful large home close to the heart of Nantucket and nearby beaches. Great back yard with plenty of privacy yet walking distance to town and beaches. The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms each with full baths (2 queen and 2 with 2 twin beds) with a media/ siting room between them. The second floor is a large open space of living, dinning and kitchen, with a large deck on the south side. There is an office and half bath also on the second floor. The third floor is the master suite with a jetted tub, separate shower, king bed and sitting room.

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

One week rentals from June 15 to September 15. 3 Day minimum rentals during the shoulder seasons.
Rates vary from $1200 per night to $14,000. per week. Refunds on time being rebooked less a 15% handling charge as per the lease.
