Our modern 2 story upside-down house is located on the south side of Nantucket Island in the area of Tom Nevers.
The first floor is comprised of 3 bedrooms, full bath and laundry.
The second floor is a bright open area with living/dining space and a fully equipped kitchen and full bath.
Windows surround the upstairs offering light and views on three sides. The large second floor deck wraps around two sides of the house offering ocean views and the sunsets are breathtaking.
Privacy is assured by a naturally landscaped 3 acre parcel, yet you are within minutes walking distance of Pebble Beach. Many other beaches are only a short drive away.
Far enough from town to enjoy the quiet, restful ambiance that Nantucket is noted for yet a short ride to any acitivity your heart could desire.

Nantucket is an old whaling town full of historic significance. It offers the best in shopping, resturants and sightseeing. It's many beaches offer a variety from calm harbor waters to surfing on the south side.
Car ferry reservations are required.
Cleaning is included in the rental fee.

Phone, TV (limited reception), VCR, DVD, Stero system with CD player, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cookware, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Washer, Dryer, Linens, Gas grill
Beach chairs and towels. Assorted games and puzzels, books - current and of local interest.
