Near bike paths, beaches, restaurants, bankingATM, and grocery stores. Northern Exposure enjoys a view of beautiful Monomoy Creek. 8 Adults Maximum. Weeks run from Sunday to Sunday only Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) rentals are normally full weeks from Sunday to Sunday. However, if the rental period remains un-booked 30 days prior to arrival, daily rentals with a three night minimum rental could become available.
2012 Rental Rates:*
Weekly:
$2,500/week - $450/night - April 1-May 27
$3,000/week - May 27-June 3
$2,500/week - $550/night - June 3-July 1
$4,000/week - July 1-September 2
$3,000/week - September 2-September 9
$2,500/week - $500/night - September 9-September 30
$2,000/week - $450/night - September 30-December 30
*with a 10 percent discount for two or more consecutive weeks.
Daily rentals rates are available in the Fall, Winter and Spring with a three night minimum rental.
Rentals prior to January 15, 2012 will require an initial payment of 1/3 of the total rental amount plus the refundable security deposit within 7 days of receipt of the lease agreement (Security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $400 minimum). 1/3 of total rental will be due on April 15. The remainder of rent will be due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
