Specific information about property
We are located right on Cupecoy beach. The resort has three building, our building is brand new. Our condo is considered ocean view. We have three pools, two of them are ocean front. We also have a spiral staircase that leads you to a private beach with it's own cave. The views are spectacular. You can sit at night and watch the cruise ships pass by. We also have a brand new state of the art gym. There is 24 hour gated security and also 24 hour security on the property as well. We offer maid service which is always included in our fees. Our condo is brand new wtih a beautiful state of the art kithcen. It has all stainless steel appliance, granite counter tops and marble flooring thru out the condo. It also has a living room with a pull out sofa. THe condo sleeps six comfortably. There are sliding doors which leads you to a patio. There are two bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are centrally located to everything. We are only about five minutes from the airport. We are on the Dutch side, and only twenty minutes from the French side. We are five minutes from Mullet Bay which is a beautiful beach. We are across the street from the Atlantis Casino and four restaurants. Two of them are considered two of the finest restaurants on the island. We are about 20 minutes from downtown Front Street, where all the shopping is at. You can also take a short boat ride over to St Barths, Anguilla, Saba, St kitts and some other islands. St Maarteen is considered one of the friendliest islands in the caribbean. There is water skiing, jetskiing, scuba diving and so much more. WHen your in St Maarteen you feel like you are in paradise. It's an island that you will want to go back to year after year, you can never run out of things to do and places to see. It's the closest place to paradise on earth.
