Montecito is a small village that adjoins Santa Barbara on the eastern side of the city. Santa Barbara is rich in Spanish culture having been founded over 250 years ago by the Franciscan Monks. The village's unique setting between the mountains and the sea with a south facing beach, provides a micro-climate of which there are only five in the world. Average temperatures in the summer are 75 degrees and in the winter, 65 degrees. Flowers abound in the area which is home to dozens of movie stars. $1,850 per night, two nights minimum, $8,000 per week, $29,500 for 30 days. $5,000 fully refundable damage deposit. Full refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. One-half of rent due at signing. Remainer due 45 days prior to arrival.
$300 cleaning fee deducted from security deposit after the property is vacated.
