Toucan Blue is a four bedroom home situated on the white sand beach of Milton Point on the north shore. The second largest barrier reef is at your doorstep with easy access for snorkeling using the provided sea kayaks. The large deck is where you will likely spend most of your time enjoying the view, dining, and star gazing at night. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in each room, but often the gentle breezes are enough to be comfortable. The living area has an open floor plan including a fully equipped kitchen, TV, stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers, wireless internet, and covered outdoor ceramic tile deck with ceiling fans and hammocks for relaxing. Swim in the community pool if fresh water is your preference, just steps from the house. Enjoy the sunsets while sitting under the palapa at the end of the dock in front of Toucan Blue. You will be greeted at the airport and escorted to the house. A cell phone will be available for your use while staying at Toucan Blue.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Island attractions include diving, canopy tours, swimming with dolphins, botanical gardens, and water sports of all kinds. Snorkel, dive, fish, kayak, or just relax. Enjoy views of the crystal clear water in various shades of blue and the lush green hills from overlook vistas. Dive packages can be arranged by a nearby Subway Dive Shop. Upon arrival, a packet will be provided with island information including restaurants and varioius points of interest.

Ceiling fans and air conditioning in each room. Awake to spectacular view of the sea from three of the bedrooms. Queen size beds in three bedrooms, full size bed in fourth bedroom. Full bath with jacuzzi tub between two of the bedrooms, private bath with shower in two of the bedrooms. Outdoor shower to wash salt and sand before entering main house. Garage parking, and golf cart provided for use between garage and home on the peninsula. New full size washer and dryer on main floor.
