Plan a family or friends vacation in this 5,500 sqft, three story, five bedroom, six bath beach home. Sleep upto ten people in three king and two queens. Two sofa beds allow occupancy to be increased to 14.
It is situated in a quiet community and tranquil area of beach homes, with ocean view, lots of coconut palms, only 50 yards to the sandy beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This lovely Villa/home, furnished with Mexican furniture. The first level has one suite, three suites on the second level and one suite in the penthouse. All suites have showers, bathrooms, TV and ceiling fans, and three of them open onto large terraces. Each level of this lovely home is as complete as a condominium.
Each level of this beautiful home is complete with a full kitchen, dining table and living room with its own private entrance.
Cool white linens and towels are provided. It has everything, only your presence is needed. The home is complete in every detail for comfortable, serene living, down to wine glasses.
After a day of tours, shopping etc, this quiet home at the beach, is a haven of rest.
Watch the beautiful sunsets in a hammock or relax and enjoy the pool.
The Penthouse suite and two of the 2nd floor suites, have terraces that are accessible from bedrooms that face the ocean. The sounds of the ocean and palms will lull you to sleep through the screened patio doors and windows.
Private sunbathing, if you desire, on the penthouse terrace, (Five terraces in the home).
Available to vacationers all year round. Most of the year, you will experience peace and
tranquility in this beach community of summer homes, save a few lone beach walkers and some fishermen.

Nearby Progreso that has the longest pier in the world, 7.5km. Progreso has a nice beach boulevard. Lots of restaurants offering great seafood and local cuisine.
Pink Flamingo preserve bird sanctuary is nearby.
Yucatan, with the friendliest helpful people and the most peaceful atmosphere. Cancun is four hour drive east
Archaeological sites and Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Uxmal are 2 hours drive. Dzibilchaltun and X-Cambo are 20 minutes by car.
Yucatan is rich in Mayan history and archaeological sites. Many major ruins are located within a radius of 3 hours from the Villa, the closest just 20 minutes.
Dzibilchaltun - with its new, excellent Mayan museum, ecological path to the ruins, and
beautiful cenote for swimming, it's just 20 minutes drive.
X-tambo - an exciting new site recently under excavation by archaeologists, this is definitely a National Geographic type of experience!. Located just past Uaymitun off the beach road leading from Chicxulub.
Uxmal - along the Pucc Route, one finds many ruins. The main attraction is Uxmal for its
colossal Magician's pyramid and elaborate sound and light show, reflecting Mayan history.
Izamal - the yellow city, a jewel, with ruins right in its center. Visit the town by horse and buggy to discover Mayan pyramids and a grand monastery. Enjoy lunch and local cultural events of dancing and singing.
Chichen Itza - the world-renowned ruins date back over 1500 years, depict the sophisticated Mayan culture of the times. Located just 2 hours from the Villa, these ruins are well worth the tour and don't forget to stop at the refreshing underground cenote of Ykil
Thousands of Flamingos seen from the flamingo lookout tower located in Uaymitun.
Entrance and binoculars are free. Many species of birds abound along the estuary.
Celestun is a natural reserve 2 hours from the Villa.

ADO COACH SERVICE
If you are taking a coach to Merida, you can purchase your bus tickets while in the airport.
Shuttle bus from the airport to the main bus station in Cancun. This bus runs every 20 minutes fare about $3.
Once in main bus station in downtown Cancun, there are different bus lines to choose from. Buses offers fully reclining seats, drinks, snacks, pillows, movies, etc.
Bus line ADO, hourly service, 24/7, to central Merida or Hotel Americana) about $25usd). 4 hour travel.

The complete 3 story 5 suite Villa is $250/night ($25/night/person), OR, rent a "condo complete" floor level- from $105 to $140/night for two.

Cancellations:- 90 days -100% refundable (less 5% cancellation fee).
