This 2 Bedroom, Beachfront Condo boasts 1,600 square feet. Casa de Playa or "The Beach House" is a luxurious villa located in the best location in Puerto Aventuras, Villa del Mar. This beachfront condo provides a tranquil and breathtaking location for you to either relax by the beach or explore the many adventures of the inviting Riviera Maya. Just a few steps to the huge, zero-entry, child friendly pool and brilliant white sandy beach, this condo offers spectacular views and comfortable furnishings in the most desirable location of Puerto Aventuras. There are all the amenities of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, flatscreen televisions in both bedrooms and living area, and 12 English channels, including the Disney channel. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds, beautiful decor and bathrooms off of each bedroom. We also own the villa next door, D-205. This villa has the same floor plan and offers convenience when booking families or friends who want to stay right next door! We can accommodate up to 12 guests, at a discounted rate!
