The villa remains private regardless of the number of guests. Contact us to receive complete nightly rate information. A cancellation of a confirmed rental must be submitted in writing. More than 90 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be returned less a $250 administrative fee. Less than 90 days prior to arrival, 10% of any deposit is forfeited. Less than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of any deposit is forfeited. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, all payments are forfeited.
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking.
