Situated on a hillside, Villa Hermosa offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean! This beach house is located in the prestigious "corridor" of Los Cabos, between the famous Palmilla Golf Resort and beautiful Westin Regina Hotel - just five minutes from San Jose del Cabo and 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Our fabulous beach, Punte Belle, is just a short walk away just below the hill.
Villa Hermosa, built in 1997, is a 4,000 square foot private vacation home situated on a hillside - just steps away from the ocean. The home features 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is equipped with individually zoned air conditioning, a water purification system, satellite TV/VCR/DVD, and a CD stereo system with surround sound. The fabulous vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and numerous windows yield a superbly bright and open atmosphere.
Villa Hermosa features a two-level outdoor patio with plenty of room to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean view - . The lower level is very secluded with a wonderful solar heated swimming pool with rock waterfall & beach style entry as well as a very spacious sunbathing area. This level also includes a pool bathroom & outdoor shower. You will marvel at the tropical landscaping & rare exotic plants that surround the home.
All master suites with sliding glass doors & veranda's open up to a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. The perfect spot to watch the whales frolic by with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
