We offer a private pool with entrance from both the master bedroom and the den and a 2-year old screen enclosure. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths ensure room for everyone. Formal living and dining room with 25' vaulted ceilings offer entertaining space or you may want to use the breakfast nook or patio table by the pool. Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are one hour from Orlando and all of its attendant attractions and make a great place to relax and regroup after a day of theme park fun. We are 10 minutes (driving) from the beach and 5 minutes from the Intercoastal Waterway. Half of a block away is a municipal public golf course and two blocks the other direction is the Florida Institute of Technology with its lovely campus and botanical gardens. We are just outside of Melbourne proper and its quaint cafes and antique shops. The Kennedy Space Center is 50 minutes away. There are many opportunites for biking, golf, wildlife viewing, boating and fishing. There is not a better spot from which to enjoy all that Florida has to offer!

We feature a fully stocked kitchen with a full compliment of dish and flatware and cooking utensils. Kitchen also features refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, blender, toaster and dishwasher. All bedrooms and baths have linens with extras to spare. There are thHouse has 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and two twin beds. There are three tvs, cable, local phone, a dvd/cd player and a gas grill by the pool. We have pool floats, surf fishing rods and all sorts of extras to make your stay comfortable.
