Description of surrounding area and attractions
Activities on site include 15 tennis courts, heated swimming pool with Chickee Huts for shade, exercise room and right over the footbridge is the beach. Marco is a quiet Island that is 6 miles long with a 4 mile white sand crescent beach. Beach activities include parasailing, jet skiing, touring on jet skis, sailing, boating, fishing, shelling and sight seeing excursions. Marco is considered the Gateway to the Everglades where you can find many more activities including air boat tours, excursion tours, museums, indian reservations, eco tours. Golf , cycling, canoeing, miniature golf and an eat in Movie theater on the Island. There are wildlife reservations to visit, zoos, water parks and many other attractions both locally or within a short drive.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
On Season from Dec 15 thru week after Easter or mid April, whichever is later fee ranges from $1700 to $2200 per week.
Off Season is everything other than above dates and is $900 to $1000 per week.
You have to add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee and a $20 parking/registration fee. Cleaning fee is included and no extra charge for High Speed Cable Internet connection.
Booking is handled by my agent in Marco and their cancellation and refund policies available on request.

Deposit is 25% and then a payment schedule is set up by my agent's office.
