Ideal for two or more families. This home features a formal entry, three living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with an eat-in bay window, a utility room, a porch, and a lanai (screened-in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house.
Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the privacy by the pool, which has sun throughout the day and playground that are fenced in. The pool is heated during the winter. There is a 56' dock for fishing.

At Tigertail Beach, there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, rentals, restrooms, and food available including sandwiches, soda, and ice cream. The house is less than a block to the Tigertail Beach entrance. Enjoy the miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets or enjoy them by the pool.
