In the characteristic charming "white villages" in the mountains, the Alhambra in Granada, the Cathedral in Sevilla, the old city of Cordoba, wherever you go, you will see the architecture and feel the footstep of the Arabs, which lived in south Spain more than 800 years.
And if this is not enough, go to the old bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera where you taste the world famous sherry and to "Cadiz", the hometown of the delicious "tapas".
Last, but not least, you can spend wonderful winter month in the Mediterranean climate. The area around Marbella belongs to the 5 best climate zones of the world. No matter if you prefer playing golf or skiing. The Sierra Nevada is only 200 km far but more than 3000 m high and a very well known ski resort
