The villa is a duplex 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, exquisitely upgraded, and well furnished beach villa in the heart of St. James's Club. Steps to Coco Beach and Mamora bay beach, close to all the 4 restaurants in the club, and to all 4 pools.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new pillow top mattress. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which when combined form one king size bed.
The villa has 1500 square feet of indoor space, with full european kitchen and appliances, brand new 30in whirlpool refrigirator. The master bathroom has a sunken tub and shower.
The second bathroom has a tiled shower. All counters are made of Italian Granite. The living room has cable service with flat screen TV, DVD, and home theater. The dining room consist of a marble table and 6 lackered chairs. Each bedroom had a TV and DVD.
Upstairs has an outdoor terrace 400 square feet, with a dinette set and 2 lounging chairs.
Wireless internet connection is available in the lobby, as well as, in the village cafe free of charge.
