Located on Highway 192 giving easy access to all Orlando and Central Florida theme parks of Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, etc.
Both the Gulf coast to the west and Atlantic coast to the east are easily reached.
Downtown Kissimmee Lakeshore Park and St Cloud new Marina and lakeshore Park are minutes away.
Old Town Kissimmee with its parade of Harleys, Vintage cars at the weekends is worth a visit.
Local shops of Warlmart, Publics, Post Office, Banks, are within minutes of the villa heading east towards St Cloud.
Local fast food chains, and restaurants are within walking distance/short drive.
