Fresh flowers will welcome you to this renovated unit with new floors and ceiling fans and nice bedding. The living area overlooks direct beach, with access to a large balcony. The same goes for the the master, which has a King bed and its own bath with an oversized tub/shower and double sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and two dressers, but it is a small room with no closet space. Beach towels are provided, as well as beach chairs and lots of beach toys. We also have a pack n play, a stroller, a booster with tray for eating and bed rails. The pool is heated and is directly on the beach. There are even tiki huts for beach picnicking. But the best part is the beautiful, soft, white, very wide beach of Madeira Beach. You and your family will LOVE it! No pets; No smoking; No more than 6 people please. Unit on 6th floor of 50-unit building. Elevator & stair access.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We're 3/4 mile north of John's Pass Village, with lots of shopping and restaurants. We're close to all sorts of beach activities like cruises and jet ski rentals, plus putt-putt golf. We're about 1 hour from Tampa's attractions like Lowry Park Zoo and Busch Gardens and Florida Aquarium. We're about 2 1/2 hours from Orlando's Disney World and Universal theme parks.

The building has a beachfront heated pool, beachfront tiki huts, secured elevator and stairs, assigned and guest parking.
The unit has A/C and fans, complete bed and bath linens, phones, cable tv on 2 sets, DVD, VCR, stereo, cd, full size washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with frig, stove, oven , microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils. Unit has packnplay, bed rails, booster seat, stroller. We also provide towels, chairs and toys for the beach.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Minimum of 1 week stay (usually Sat to Sat)
10:30 am checkout; 1:00 pm checkin
Multi-week stays will be discounted.
$65 maid charge will be added to all rates; 12% sales tax will be added to all rates.
Fall rates: $1000 a week
Winter rates: $1150 a week
Spring rates: $1350 a week
Summer rates: $1250 a week
Holiday weeks are $1350 a week
There is some variation to rates, so please doublecheck by requesting rates.
Refunds/cancellations will be addressed on an individual basis.

Deposits:
Nonrefundable$250 deposit to book. Balance is due one month before arrival.
Also, $200 security deposit is due with balance. This will be returned within 1month, if there are no problems with unit.
