Your vacation will start when you are greeted at the airport by our friendly island host who will be at your diposal for all your needs while on the island. You enter our property through a private gate into a feeling of tropical paradise. Our home was custom built and completed in 2008 and has everything you need for a dream vacation!!

From the front entry porch you will emerge into a beautiful foyer area leading into the living room. The sunlit living room, dining room and master bedroom look onto the covered porch, pool, garden and canal.

Elegantly designed, this home boasts 10 foot ceilings, travertine tiled floors, open dining room and casual island dining bar which seats seven. Two spacious master suites (one master on the main level and one upstairs), with walk in closets and gorgeous spa-like bathrooms. Two additional luxurious guest bedrooms upstairs which share a walk through jack & jill bath with each side having private sinks. Also upstairs is a loft sleeping and seating area with a flat screen t.v. and dvd player along with a comfortable set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top.

A precision dream kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter tops, state of the art appliances and an huge island ideal for casual dining is a cook's dream.

Have your morning coffee on the covered porch overlooking the gardens, pool and canal and in the evening you can enjoy outdoor dining while you cook your fresh caught fish on the grill!! Just a quick boat ride from the dock you can enjoy all the pleasures of the warm Atlantic or simply walk the white sand beaches.

Great additional features like a two car garage and boat dock make this an ideal island home. The dock has 50 amp service allowing for larger boats to hook up to shore power. The useable dock from the boat lift to the east end is about 60 feet and the water depth of 5' to 6' will also accommodate larger boats or motor yachts.

For fun head to Port Lucaya just five minutes away for island shopping, a variety of dining, or a "must have" awesome pina colada in a fresh carved coconut at the local bar "Rum Runners". If your feeling lucky try your luck at the casino just across the street!

For the sports minded we offer the use of our 2 wave runners as well as the opportunity to enjoy our 28’ boat for sport fishing, sunset cruises and other water sports. Our island host will assist you with anything you would like to do and is at your disposal during your stay.
