Just a minute's walk from the Tower Hill tube stop, and approximately three minutes from the Tower Gateway DLR, you'll find this flat the ideal London base from which to explore London!
Many points of historic interest are near, including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Roman Wall(s). Also located in 'The City' or financial district, so the area is considered very safe, even for walking around late at night. Due to the flat's proximity to the tube station (& being within Zone One and on the Circle & District Lines), you can hop on & quickly be near any major attraction in central London: Buckingham Palace, Churchill's War Rooms, Whitehall, Parliament, Big Ben, Kensington Palace, etc.
There is usually a four night minimum stay, unless 2-3 nights remain available between two longer stays.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
There are many pubs & restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. The Hung, Drawn & Quartered Pub is just across Great Tower Street next to All Hallows by the Tower (church). If that one doesn't appeal, there are 3 other British pubs, a French restaurant (Chez Gerard), a Spanish place & a pizza/pasta place within a lazy 1-2 minute walk. If you're willing to walk a bit further (5-10 minutes), you will find a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, including Indian, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, & many others. One not to miss is Dickens Inn (a former hanging ground for pirates) at St Katherine's Docks, London's best-kept secret! The docks also host a small marina & many quaint cafes, shops & restaurants of all price ranges. If you choose to walk east about 10-15 minutes, you'll find yourself in London's East End, & perhaps at Petticoat Lane, famous for its excellent Indian food! I highly recommend the Jack the Ripper Walking Tour of the East End, held at night & starting from Tower Hill station.

This flat is equipped with a telephone, microwave, oven & hob (stove), fridge, freezer, washer & dryer, power shower, TV/VCR, wireless DSL, & video-phone entry system. The flat rental includes all linens, towels, & cutlery. There is a beautiful roof-top view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Thames River, & much more. Despite being so centrally-located, however, the noise level is very low as the flat is hidden in the back of the building that faces the Tower.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Low season rates are US$210/night and US$1,350/week.
High season rates are US$270/night and US$1,750/week.
These rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person, there is a minimal additional charge of $20/night and $120/week.
Enquiries can be made for longer periods. Half of the rental cost is required to reserve the flat. If cancellation is made, this will be refunded only in the event that the flat is rented out for the same period.
The max of 5 means 2 adults & 3 children.

Deposits:
There is a fully refundable US$350 security deposit required, to be paid just before arrival. This is held against phone calls and potential damage - the whole of this is almost always refunded.
