We are very centrally located, just 3.5 miles west of the Strip. A short 5-6 min drive to get to the Convention Center and a 8-9 min drive from the airport. We have all the necessary shops very close by.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rates are $600 per nite on sun-wed stays, $800 per night for thur-sat stays.
$3800 weekly, $11,500 monthly. We require a 50% of the total cost of the reservation as a security deposit, which is refundable if there were no damages.
$250 cleaning fee + $50 per day to heat the jacuzzi, $250 per day if you want the pool heated. If you cxl outside 90 days of your arrival date, its $500 cxl fee. 90-60 days prior is $750 cxl fee, 60-30 days prior is $1000 cxl fee, inside 30-7 days prior is $1500,
Deposits:
We require 50% of the total of the reservation at the time of booking to secure the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
