All 3 levels overlook an incredible sweep of beach that is ideal for walking, sunbathing, swimming, or whatever your heart desires. No bluff to tackle - just walk right out to the beach and the water. Ideal for kids! Canoe & kayaks on the calmer days. Life jackets, sand toys & chaise lounges.

Located just minutes north of historic downtown Manistee, Michigan and just minutes south of beautiful Onekama, Michigan - a Two Lake Town - where you will find fabulous dining and recreation. Our info books tell of many activities and restaurants.
You can walk the beach all the way to Portage Lake and fish at the inlet for perch, rock bass, walleye, and more. Manistee offers antique shops, specialty shops, the River Walk, the Ramsdell Theatre, the Vogue Theater, First Street Beach and boat launch, superb golf courses, skiing, hiking, and more.
The Traverse City area is just an hour to the norht and offers beautiful wineries, water sports on the numerous bays, night life and more!

Adorable little log cabin houses one of the futuons. 4 private entrances.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
$495/nt Jan 5-March 31, 2 night min. $595/nt April 1- June 7 & Sept.7-Jan 4. (3 nt min). Summer $4,995/wk, Monday to Monday. 50% of rental fee & cleaning/damage deposit due at time of booking, balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 15% cancellation fee ($500 min, $1500 max) if cancelled 45 days or more in advance. No refund are issued if cancelled less than 45 days in advance unless house is re-rented. However, dates may be rescheduled w/$300 fee.

Refundable $1,500 cleaning/damage deposit on stays of 7+ days, $900 deposit on stays of 6 or fewer days. Half of rental amount and deposit due to reserve dates, balance due 45 days before arrival.
