Our oceanfront townhouse located 35 feet from the water in Puamana, a 30 acre gated community just south of Lahaina. There are 3 pools, one of which is oceanview, tennis court, children's play area, clubhouse and a lending library.
Our home features a large living area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and quality appliances. It has been decorated with elegant tropical furnishings.
While relaxing in paradise you will enjoy all modern conveniences and many extra amenities. Your smoke-free, ocean front home is just steps from the water where you can enjoy kayaking, surfing or boogie boarding and what could be better than watching a Hawaiian sunset from your private lanai?

$495 to $545 per night plus tax of 11.42%. For stays of less than seven (7) days or a discounted rate, a $200 cleaning fee will be added. There is an additional $6.00 per day facilities use fee payable to Puamana at check in.
$605 per night for holiday periods
Last minute reservations (within 10 days of arrival) rate is $300/night plus tax.
All confirmed reservations subject to $300 cancellation penalty. Cancellations after final payment are non-refundable unless unit is re-rented.

A 50% desposit is due within 7 days of reservations. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
