Golf Villa 119 is a newly renovated five bedroom "casa" with pool and jacuzzi. It is located on the 11th hole of The Links golf course;a 10 minute walk to the hotel and 15 minute walk to Minitas Beach.
The location is ideal not only for golfers but also family vacations. It i s close to or has easy access to all of Casa de Campo activities: tennis, the beach, shooting, riding, Altos de Chavon, and the new Casa de Campo Marina.
The villa is an open style design full of Caribbean architectural features. The centerpiece isa 30' x 30' family room, with a vaulted beamed ceiling that peaks at 30 feet. There are four ceiling fans in this space.Two sides of this family room are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, one of which which opens onto to a patio and lawn leading to the golf course. All furnishings in the villa are new. They include furniture and objects d'art from Bali, Thailand, Brazil, and of course the Dominican Republic,
Adjacent to the great room is the dining area. The focal point of the dining area is a huge table that seats ten. It was custom-made in nearby La Romana. Like the entire villa, the kitchen is all new with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a pass-thru window to the pool.The pool and jacuzzi are set in a coralina tile deck. It is fenced in so it is totally private. At the pool there are lounges, a teak table, six rattan chairs, a giant umbrella and a BBQ grill. There is a 2nd pation with cushioned wicker furntiture overlooking the golf course, surrounded by lush tropical flora.

Getting there: The Casa de Campo/La Romana International Airport (code: LRM) is served by several airlines. American Airlines offers daily non-stop service from Miami and several flights each day from San Juan. Additional flights are available on American Airlines from New York’s JFK Airport and on US Airways from Charlotte, NC (code: CLT). More flights are offered to Santo Domingo (code: SDQ) with American Airlines, US Airways, Delta, Continental, Jet Blue and many international carriers. New flights are under development.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rates range from $ 525 between early April and Nov 1. They increase beginning around Thanksgiving and into the seaon until Easter. Rates in-season begin at $ 850 a day. Christmas New Years rates are $ 1,750 a day.

50% deposit is necessary to hold a reservation. Balance is due one month before arrival
