Description of surrounding area and attractions
For activities, guests may tee up at one of six world class golf courses just 20 minutes away. there are some wonderful tennis courts close by also. The Kohala coast is known for its consistantly sunny skies, gourmet restaurants, art galleries,
snorkelling, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and great shopping opportunities....Or you could stay home and RELAX in the huge sunken living/entertainment room with 42 inch flatscreen TV that hooked into central Bose system.....enjoy the Dual Gas remote Fireplace. Bose sound CD player (remember to bring your IPOD - hook up is now available), DVD, Huge outside panoramic deck with BBQ and deck furniture to include new chaise lounges, complete with tiki torches and fuel. Full Bose stereo system hard wired throughout home, even outside on the deck! Secured code gated entrance to the home itself and wireless intercom. Property is regulary sprayed for ANY varmants that are associated with the tropics. The house is so wonderfully CLEAN!
There is a huge lawn and towering forest cover for the kids to play or couples to wander, with so much to explore. Its a working ranch, so cows/calves, turkeys, horses and even little pigs roaming the land is not an uncommon site. Dont worry the house is totally fenced and nothing can enter the property lines. Another vacation option is to just relax outside and gaze at the incredible views or the 'blankets' of stars at night.....it's quiet - you can hear birds soar thru the air high above and hear them sing for miles. Watch and listen to the whales breach way below in the Pacific or see the moon set...it's spectacular.
