Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Cancellations made outside of 120 days from the check-in date are fully refundable with no penalty. Cancellations made outside of 30 days are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the greater of 10% of $75. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable (although can be applied to a future stay).

Deposits:
A deposit of 25% or one (1) night's rental (plus tax) is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days in advance during the Regular and Peak seasons.
A valid credit card or $500 deposit (note: some vacation homes may require a larger deposit) is required as a damage deposit to cover expenses for material damage (damage beyond normal wear and tear) or lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. By the action of booking the property, the guest provides authority to Ultimate Resort Management to recover the full extent of the expenses plus a 20% service charge at its sole discretion. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out minus any damage claims.
The deposit policy will be disclosed at the time of booking and may differ from the above stated policy.
