CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel within 60 days, we will credit 100% to your rescheduled booking.
If you cancel less than 30 days, we reserve the right to retain rental amount plus applicable taxes and certain fees are non-refundable less 10% cancellation fee. Unless we can rebook part or all of your reservation, we will credit accordingly.
REFUNDS:
If you cancel within 7 business days after submitting your deposit, we will mail refund within 7 business days after receiving your intent to cancel. A signed letter will be required to complete this proce
Deposits:
50% deposit of total amount will be due immediately. Remaining balance will be due 90 days prior to arrival.
