Our condo is located in KIihei, a small town that runs along the coast of several of Maui's prestine white sand beaches. Our condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind - lots of light and air, a feeling of openess. It features stunning, panoramic ocean views that will certainly leave you breathless. It is on the upper level and has appointed accommodations that are tasteful yet elegant. Our condo is spacious and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath bedrooms, (queen sofa bed in living room), private lanai looking out to the ocean, and assigned parking. You'll find modern small/large appliances in the kitchen & washer/dryer in unit. Our bedding and linens have been upgraded to soft and fluffy. For your enjoyment there is a swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with BBQ's, covered lanai's to enjoy for eating and shuffleboard. Within walking distance to shopping, resturants, and across the s t reet from three of Maui's finest white sand park/beaches. Minutes from Waila

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Kahului Airport, Kahului Town ,shopping mall, local intertainment, movie theater, health food stores, and fine resturants. Wailuku (old town) where you'll find shopping, theater, massage, personal care (hair, nails, etc) and fine resturants. Paia, home to Willie Nelson and many artists. Upcountry: Makawao Hiku, Kula, and Pukalani offer more of the same as Paia. Kihei has three of Maui's finest beaches where you can snorkel, fish, sailing, boating, beaching, marine life, concerts in the parks, local intertainment, local food, and site seeing. Wailea houses the finest shops on Maui, as well as, some of Maui's finest golf courses, tennis, boating, snorkeling, 3 more beaches. Lahaina is 25-30 to the West. You will find more of the same as our other towns. Whales and giant sea turtles arrive in early to late October and stay until April. You can Whale watch off the lanai of our condo or take a Whale Watch trip and snorkle along the way. A wonderful way to spend a day!

$130/night - $195, $125 cleaning fee, GTE 4.166%, and TAT 7.25%. A $200 room reservation despoit is collected for a 2 week stay at time of reservation and a 25% of room charge collected at time of reservation for 3 or more weeks. Cancellation policy: a $200 cancellation fee will apply. A refund will be returned if able to rent the unit for the same room fee for the same reserved times.
