There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a pull out queen size couch, there is a washer and dryer and all linins are included. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dish washer and ice maker. There is a TV with a DVD player and a separate CD player with a nice CD collection. The unit is beautifully furnished with tasteful artwork. The patio in back has a marble fountain and a grill. Very relaxing after a night out. Step outside the front door and you are looking at the pool.
This is the best bargain is Key West. Our fees are more than competitive with other condo's and a real value. Our visitors rave about the relaxing vacations they have enjoyed.

This beautiful condo is located in the Truman Annex on the island of Key West. The island is famous for its diving, fishing, waterspouts and golf at the Key West Golf Club. Enjoy the famous Key West Sunset just outside the Truman Annex at the Sunset Celebration on the Mallory Dock where you will find jugglers, mimes, musicians and street artists. After sunset the streets are filled with sidewalk cafes, open-air bars, legendary pubs and world-class restaurants.
Discover treasures by Key West's well-known and unknown artists on Duvall Street located just 2 blocks from the condo in the Truman Annex. Visit the homes of famous residents such as the John Audubon House, the Ernest Hemingway's Home, the homes of Tennessee Williams Thomas Edison and Lou Gehrig and Harry Truman’s little white house is just down the street from the condo. The historic Fort Zachary Beach is located just outside the Truman Annex.
