Welcome to our WONDERFUL family home. It's a peaceful and tranquil townhouse sitting 100 feet above the sea and 1000 feet from ocean's edge. Enjoy panoramic views from our 2 lanais looking out for miles along the Kona Coast. Enjoy your outdoor meals on our downstairs lanai with its beautiful teak table seating 8. You will feel at home here.
The elegant living room has a cinnamon color queen couch, chair, end tables and coffee table looking out on the nature preserve. The family room has a 42" plasma TV/DVD/Home theater and a super comfy sectional couch with queen sleeper. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high end cookware.
Upstairs, the huge master BR has a Cal-King pillowtop bed. The master bath has granite counters, large walk-in shower and soaking tub. The 2nd BR has a queen pillowtop bed. The 3rd BR has a desk, internet, printer, queen sleeper couch and opens to the scenic upstairs lanai. In the hall is a washer/dryer.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Na Hale O Keauhou is a brand new, 4-star resort in Keauhou, Hawaii,, famous for calm breezes and warm sunny days. There's a beautiful heated pool, kiddie pool and Jacuzzi spa looking down to the ocean. There's a pavilion with kitchen and BBQ for larger group activities and a fully equipped fitness facility.
It is a 10-minute walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center, with restaurants, shops, grocery store, and an 8 screen cinema. It has a wonderful Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning (pick up your fresh mangoes, papayas, bananas, exotic fruits, Kona coffee beans and fresh tropical flowers). There is terrific snorkeling at Kahaluu beach just a 10-minute walk away (go early in the morning to snorkel with the green sea turtles). A fifteen minute walk will take you to terrific boogie boarding and big wave surfing at White Sands Beach. Kona Country Club's Ocean and Mountain courses are a 5 minute drive away. We are away from the hustle-bustle of Kailua-Kona but close to all its activities.
