Rate is $550 per night all year long except Christmas time 12/15 to 1/5 ($595).
There is a 4 night minimum stay. Cleaning fee is included on stays of 7 nights or more.
Cleaning fee is $182 for stays of 6 nights or less.
We require a 3 night deposit to confirm reservation and balance is due 30 days before arrival.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival. After full payment is made refunds are made only if the condo is re-rented (less $50 fee).
