Rate is $225 per night all year long. There is a 7 night minimum rental. We require a 3 night deposit to confirm reservation and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival. After full payment is made refunds are made only if condo is re-rented.
