ALOHA! Long to get away from the hustle and bustle? Are you ready to RELAX? Then welcome to Paradise! If you love Kauai like we do, you'll love staying in our beach front condo in Kapaa. We're on the third (top) floor (with elevator) in a corner unit with unobstructed views north south and east. Gorgeous sunrises from our lanai (balcony) and views of the beautiful mile-long sandy beach, with its walking, jogging, bicycle trail.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The Pono Kai Resort is located right in the quaint town of Kapaa. You are walking distance from many stores and restaurants, yet are shielded from road and traffic noise by fifteen acres and several other buildings in the complex. All you'll hear in our condo are the mesmerizing sounds of the ocean and the trade winds breezing through the palm trees.

Amenities
Complete kitchen with built-in microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, ice-maker. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD player/Radio with video and music library & HS Internet (fee). Overhead fans in bedroom, bath, dining room. All linens provided, including beach towels.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
$110/nt - 10% 7 or more nights. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the unit available to others. EXCEPT FOR THE HOLIDAYS, cancellations made at least sixty days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations between sixty and thirty days before occupancy will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. "No Shows" and cancellations made less than thirty days prior to arrival date will forfeit all rents paid.
