 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Upon 90 days written notice we will refund the Security Deposit net of a $50 administration fee. If less than 90 days written notice is received, the entire Security Deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days written notice is received, the entire rent and excise tax will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property.

Rental Fees
Receipt of full payment of the rental fees plus taxes is due by no later than 60 days prior to your check-in date. All rates quoted are subject to a 4.166% gross excise tax and 7.25% transient accommodation tax. In general, there is a three-night minimum stay. Exceptions may be made if there is an existing window of availability.

 Deposits:

"The security deposit of $300 - $1000 and a $35 reservation fee per one to two week* reservation is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. The security deposit is refundable 30-45 days following completion of your stay. Charges for missing items, excessive cleaning/laundry, or damage that is beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit."
