Molokai is the true Hawaiian island experience. Harkening back to a time before high rises and traffic epitomized a Hawaiian vacation. The pace is slow, the people are genuinely friendly and the gentle breezes of the trade winds show you what relaxation is really about. Walk along Hawaii's longest beach without another person in sight. Search out the many "hidden" beaches on the island or take a tour of the local macadamia nut farm. Ride a mule and tour Father Damien's fabled leper colony or take a drive to Halawa Valley and hike to the waterfall. Molokai is a very special place and once you visit, you'll be back.
