Tranquil estate surrounded by 5 green acres above Kona. We can accommodate up to 15 people.* Only 15-20 min to beaches and town with awesome ocean view.

The home features 2 swimming pools-one 3’ deep for children and a large pool surrounded by lava rock waterfalls. Relax in the hot tub and you can clearly see the stars while the fragrance of Angel Trumpet and jasmine floats on the night breeze.

There are 3 bedrooms on upper level–a large master bedroom with king 4-poster bed, jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and private deck with view. Two other bedrooms upstairs with queen 4 poster beds-one has ocean view lanai. They share a full bath. TV/cable & pillow top mattresses in all bedrooms.

The main level has 3 bedrooms-one king bed and one queen bed. Also the other is an office/bedroom with 2-spring mattress futons. These bedrooms share one full bath.

The living room has HDTV, comfortable sea grass furniture, formal dining room (seats 12), pool table, gas fireplace and games.

A huge kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. It has abundant counter space, island, icemaker, toaster oven, microwave, gas cook top, oven, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, and all cooking utensils and dishware. The kitchen and living room open onto a large tiled lanai-full length of the house.

We are located in the lush "coffee belt" at the 1500’ level above sea level where banana, grapefruit, lemon, avocado, and papaya trees grow. The yard is abundant with hibiscus, poinsettia, antherium, orchids, tree ferns, ginger, night blooming jasmine, coconut trees, gardenia.
