Our beautiful, brand new home is in a small, peaceful neighborhood 7 miles north of Kailua-Kona Town, with all its fun shopping and dining options. We are ten minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes to the beautiful beaches along the Kona-Kohala Coast. We are half a mile from the picturesque Makalei Hawaii Golf Course. Waimea and the Parker Ranch are a half hour drive, and Hilo and Volcanoes National Park are a great day trip from here.
Your hosts, Anne Stockel and daughter, Nanette, offer spacious studios in their home. The hillside location, at an elevation of 1600 feet, provides guests with cool breezes for happy sleeping. A welcome basket with coffee, tea, cocoa, tropical fruit, and baked goodies for your first breakfast awaits you upon arrival. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds singing, and breakfast at your leisure. After a day of fun, relax on our expansive covered lanais and enjoy sunset views of the coastline.

Great swimming, diving snorkeling, and boogie boarding. World class fishing and golf. Horsebackriding, hiking, parasailing, jetskiing, whalewatching, and shopping are also favorites.
Mauna Kea Observatiories and the active eruption at Kilauea Volcano are unique experiences.

Amenities
Our suites are spacious, light and airy, and feature separate entrances, private, tiled, full baths, Wireless High Speed Internet access, cable TV, ceiling fans and kitchenettes with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster.
All studios have comfortable queen size pillow-top beds, and brand new sleeper-sofas for extra guests. Suites have a separate sitting area and walk-in closets. All accommodations have glass sliders opening unto spacious covered lanais.

PINEAPPLE SUITE - $85/nt single, $95/nt double - private, spacious first floor suite (over 600sf) with separate sitting area. Features a pillowtop queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas, private tiled, full bath, walk-in closet, separate entrance, lanai, kitchenette, ceiling fans, cable TV, free parking, and WiFi.
PLUMERIA SUITE - $95/nt single, $105/nt double - Deluxe, private, top floor suite (over 600sf) with separate sitting area. Features a pillowtop, queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas, private tiled, full bath, walk-in closet, separate entrance, lanai, kitchenette, remote-control ceiling fans, cable TV, free parking, and WiFi.
OHANA SUITE - $165/nt single, $175/nt double - The entire top floor, alomost 1,300sf and a huge covered, tiled lanai. This is the Plumeria Suite with the addition of a livingroom with 3 more sleeper sofas, a fully tiled kitchen with brand new appliances, and a second full tiled bath. Ideal for family or friends traveling together.
Additional Guests $10/nt. Rates subject to taxes of 11.416%
Cancellation Policy: Guests can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, if they cancel their reservation in writing at least six weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Otherwise, the deposit may still be refunded if the room is re-rented.
